New York Ban

The article talks about the fracking ban in New York. The Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York announced to the state and the world that the state of New York would ban hydraulic fracturing. The reasoning behind this decision was because of the lack of scientific data on fracking, and that it is an unproven reliable source for energy. Earlier in the year, Governor Cuomo was behind fracking in his state, he believed that fracking would work as an economic stimulus.
